Exhibitor Information

Last year the attendance total was 331 representing approximately 178 ministries, denominations and agencies.

The exhibitor is provided with a 4 x 10 ft. space.  A 3 x 8 ft. table is provided, if desired, along with two chairs and access to an electrical outlet, if required.

Your exhibit is up the duration of the conference, which runs Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and Thursday from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m.  Exhibits are set up in the same area as coffee breaks to maximize exposure.

Optimum times for attendee viewing are:

  • Before plenary sessions each day from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
  • During coffee breaks from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. and 2:45 to 3:15 p.m.
  • During lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m.

There is a banquet on Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.  Exhibit traffic during the banquet depends on the layout of the hotel.

Fill out the Request for CCCC Conference Exhibit Space Form, with payment, to reserve your space.  We have limited floor space and can only accommodate a specific number of exhibitors each year.  Please return the form along with your payment as soon as possible.

A meal package includes lunch for one on Tuesday and Wednesday and one Wednesday night banquet ticket, as well as the opportunity for one person to attend the morning plenary sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Keep in mind that the two luncheons and annual banquet are an excellent opportunity to network and connect with potential clients.

If you are from out of town, you are responsible for booking your own accommodations.  A block of discounted rooms is reserved at the hotel.

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Canada's Annual Christian Leadership & Stewardship Conference. If you have any questions, please contact the CCCC office at 519-669-5137 or email us.

"In addition to the Handbook, I have benefitted greatly from the webinars, regional seminars and CCCC Bulletins.  But what has really stood out for me is the genuine efforts taken by CCCC to provide advice and direction and to so willingly share "best practices" to all Christian organizations despite their denominational affliliation."
