Sponsorship Information
This option is for those who can not be physically present at the CCCC regional seminars.
As our regional seminars cover a variety of topics, our attendees come from churches and other charitable organizations, with most being in leadership roles. Attendance at seminars ranges from about 40 to 60 people in total.
Our regional seminars are held in major cities across Canada. Typically we hold two regional seminars on one day in each location; one in the afternoon and one in the evening.
Promotional Material
Sponsors will be allowed to provide promotional material for conference attendees. Sponsors are requested to forward 50 pieces of their promotional items per seminar to the CCCC office a minimum of 2 weeks prior to a seminar. We ask that sponsors limit the number of promotional handouts to two (2) pieces, and if providing printed material, not more than a few pages in length and no larger than 8½” x 11" in size.
Recognition in CCCC Regional Seminar Brochure
Sponsors who choose to sponsor all of the seminars will be recognized in the CCCC regional seminar brochure which is posted on the CCCC website. As well, a hard copy of the brochure is mailed to churches and organizations in targeted geographic locations.
The cost for sponsorship is $200/location. (There are two 3-hour seminars at each location)
