Any professional individual with a clientele of charities may join CCCC as a professional associate by completing and submitting this application and affirmation as well as the annual fee. If there are more than one individuals from your firm or organization that want to be listed as a CCCC Professional Associate, please complete a separate application for each. A public identification and use of the CCCC Seal are not permitted.
