Corporate Members

In order to be directly accountable to its large, national constituency of churches and Christian ministries, CCCC has a bylaw that provides for a corporate membership of over 45 individuals. The CCCC board of directors is elected by and from among these individuals. The corporation members meet annually to:

  • Elect the board of directors,
  • Fill vacancies on the general council,
  • Receive the report of the auditor,
  • Receive the financial statements of the completed fiscal period,
  • Receive the report of the board of directors, and
  • Confirm, or otherwise, any changes in bylaws.

Corporate Members are required to annually sign the CCCC Statement of Faith and the current ends statement. Attendance at member's meetings is at the member's own expense. Annual meetings are usually held in conjunction with the CCCC annual conference in late September or early October.
