CCCC is pleased to launch a new format for the Canadian Ministry Compensation Survey!

Many boards and leadership teams wrestle with the question of ministry compensation. Based on your feedback, we’ve launched a survey that includes more segmentation and more ministry positions.

The Canadian Ministry Compensation Survey will show you what others are doing and will be a valuable input into planning your compensation strategy.

Non-Members $200
(Organizations purchasing the survey must also enter their organization’s compensation information.)

Here’s an overview of how it works:

Step 1
Choose one person from your charity to enter confidential salary and benefit information. This person will create a special, confidential login for entering your ministry’s information.

Step 2
Enter general information about your ministry as well as the compensation information for your ministry staff positions. Take the Survey or View Reports

Step 3
View the summary compensation and benefit reports.
