Do you feel called to serve churches and agencies with your well-honed HR skills?<\/strong> <strong>If you\u2019ve answered yes, you might be the HR professional we\u2019re looking for to help us serve our growing membership of over 3,200 Canadian Christian ministries.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The successful candidate will be responsible to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, research, and develop a business plan to provide outsourced human resource services for CCCC members.<\/li>\n<li>Research and create technical content for CCCC publications, conference workshops, and websites. Represent CCCC as a speaker.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to CCCC members by answering questions on a wide variety of human resource topics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The successful candidate will possess:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>a CHRP designation.<\/li>\n<li>a minimum of 5 years progressive experience, preferably in the Christian charity sector<\/li>\n<li>exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written<\/li>\n<li>excellent research, strategic thinking, and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>solid working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If you are looking to join a ministry that offers variety, individual growth, and creativity\u2013please submit a resume by June 30th, 2014 to:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cccc.org\/email_us\/emailto\/heather.card\">Heather Card<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Advancing Ministry Together.
