The hearing is scheduled for June 1-3, 2016 in Vancouver. Our factum outlines our concerns about institutional religious freedom raised by this case. In summary, &nbsp;we argue that the LSBC\u2019s decision amounts to nothing less than a rejection of Canada\u2019s jealously and expansively protected religious freedoms. It strikes a devastating blow to the very heart of religious civil society and has the effect of reducing the rich tapestry of Canadian society to a monochromatic banner of uniformity.
