ARE YOU THE ONE THAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?<\/strong>
\nDo you love writing, continuous learning and explaining things to others? Do you feel called to use your skills and charity experience to benefit thousands of Christian charities across Canada? Does the thought of taking the lead in managing and implementing CCCC\u2019s new online education courses excite you? If so, our growing ministry has an opportunity within our Operations Office that you will be interested in!<\/p>\n

WOULD YOU ENJOY DOING THIS WORK?<\/strong>
\nManaging a comprehensive process to identify and fill gaps in CCCC\u2019s Knowledge Bank.<\/p>\n

Managing CCCC\u2019s learning program including sourcing course facilitators, quality control and feedback (e.g. acting on suggestions for improvement, evaluating course effectiveness). Providing guidance to the administrative assistant on how to load courses into CCCC\u2019s learning management system. Collaborating with internal stakeholders in the design of online courses.<\/p>\n

Writing content for online courses, CCCC\u2019s Bulletin, conference workshops\/seminars\/webinars and website.<\/p>\n

Representing CCCC as a speaker\/presenter.<\/p>\n

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE\u2026<\/strong>
\nAn excellent communicator.<\/strong>
\nYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a portfolio which may include examples of blog posts, articles or other pieces that you have written.<\/p>\n

Adept at learning on the fly.<\/strong>
\nYou quickly grasp the essence and the underlying structure of things and are good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge. Learning to use CCCC\u2019s learning management system and authoring tools would be exciting for you!<\/p>\n

Passionate about learning.<\/strong>
\nYou are passionate about learning and have a gift for teaching and explaining things to others. You have a knack for explaining complex ideas in a way that a non-technical audience can understand.<\/p>\n

Creative and innovative.<\/strong>
\nYou love working within a creative and innovative team and have a proven track record of building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Qualifications.<\/strong>
\nMinimum 5 years\u2019 charity governance, or management experience
\nUndergraduate degree in business or equivalent
\nIn-depth knowledge of charity governance, or charity leadership or Christian fundraising\u00a0preferred, however we would be willing to provide training in this area to a candidate who exhibits the competencies identified above.
\nDemonstrated ability to create content (e.g. articles, webinars, blog posts, video)
\nGift for teaching and explaining complex ideas to non-technical audiences
\nExperience or education in the area of adult\/online learning (preferred)<\/p>\n

LOCATION<\/strong>
\nThis position is based out of CCCC\u2019s office in Elmira, Ontario.<\/p>\n
