\nAre you a communications professional that feels called to use your skills and charity experience to benefit thousands of Christian charities across Canada? Do you love the challenge of developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies? If so, our growing ministry has an opportunity that you will be interested in!<\/p>\n

WOULD YOU ENJOY DOING THIS WORK?<\/strong>
\nCreating and Executing CCCC\u2019s Communications Plan:<\/strong> Planning an annual schedule for communicating key messages; writing promotional content and content marketing messages; collecting, managing and publishing digital content through CCCC\u2019s social media channels.<\/p>\n

Managing the Production of CCCC\u2019s Bulletin:<\/strong> Planning article topics in collaboration with CCCC staff; ensuring all deadlines are met for content development, advertising and design; editing all bulletin content, including articles and CCCC advertising copy.<\/p>\n

Planning, Promoting and Producing CCCC Webinars:<\/strong> Planning webinar topics and delivery schedule in collaboration with CCCC staff; promoting and hosting webinars.<\/p>\n

Promoting CCCC Membership, Products, Services, and Events:<\/strong> Producing marketing materials for prospective members; creating product descriptions and promotional campaigns for new products and events; arranging CCCC external advertising and sponsorships.<\/p>\n

Editing and Proofreading Articles and Publications:<\/strong> Ensuring correctness, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in all of CCCC\u2019s print and digital publications. Making recommendations to contributors on use of plain language, grammar, and style.<\/p>\n

Participating on Project Teams:<\/strong> Providing input from a marketing and communications perspective on various projects (e.g., annual conference, Certification program, webinars, CCCC products and services).<\/p>\n

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE\u2026<\/strong>
\nAn excellent communicator.<\/strong>
\nYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a portfolio of your written work which may include examples of blog posts, articles or other written pieces. You have a knack for converting technical content into plain language documentation!<\/p>\n

Tactful and able to move things forward.<\/strong>
\nCan quickly and sensitively edit other people\u2019s writing for a variety of formats. Is a reliable project manager, coordinating the work of others such as the external graphic designer and internal contributors to CCCC\u2019s Bulletin, webinars etc.<\/p>\n

Adept at learning on the fly.<\/strong>
\nYou quickly grasp the essence and the underlying structure of things and are good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge.<\/p>\n

Collaborative and innovative.<\/strong>
\nYou love working within a collaborative and innovative team and have a proven track record of building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong>
\nUndergraduate degree in marketing, English or a related field. Minimum 3 years\u2019 charity management experience. Excellent research, project management and social media skills.<\/p>\n

LOCATION<\/strong>
\nThis position is based out of CCCC\u2019s office in Elmira, Ontario.<\/p>\n
