Many pastors are really driven people, highly conscious of their numbers: attendance and revenue being the primary ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a renewed understanding of your call and mission and having refreshed your pastoral leadership, take this opportunity to find a better way of working that is measured and reasonable. Fortunately, it&#8217;s not hard to find the better way because we have Jesus as our model.
