They provide a holistic approach to serving individuals and families, embracing their uniqueness and highlighting resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NorthWind values authenticity, cultural competence for Indigenous participants, choice, safety and dignity of the individual, faith in Creator God, attentiveness to those experiencing vulnerability and collaboration with likeminded others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A primary focus at NorthWind is counselling those affected by trauma. Other programs for the street adjacent or vulnerably homed include assistance in connecting with recovery programs, and housing.
