If you have a compliment or complaint about the services provided by CCCC, you are first requested to pass it along directly to the staff member you have been dealing with.
If a complaint has not been handled to your satisfaction, you may make a written complaint and submit it to the CEO.

The CEO will personally review your complaint and be in touch with you. Please provide both your mailing address and your email address.
