Certification Program

Why Certify?

To demonstrate integrity, which is critical to accomplish your mission.

What does Certification Provide?

In addition to the many benefits included with affiliate membership, Certification provides the following:

EQUIPPING -- We equip you with best practices for financial and organizational integrity.

ENDORSEMENT -- The Seal provides a powerful endorsement and assures your donors that your organization is pursuing its mission with integrity and accountability by complying with CCCC's Standards. Compliance is confirmed through external reviews carried out by CCCC professionals.

CONNECTING -- We provide opportunities for you to connect with donors and volunteers who are eager to support trustworthy Christian charities through prayer and giving.

Here’s what is being said about Certification:

"Compassion is a certified member of the CCCC because we believe strongly in integrity and the CCCC helps hold us accountable.”
— Barry Slauenwhite, President/CEO, Compassion Canada
"Not only does certification provide peace of mind for our donors, it also gives us the assurance that we are properly handling the resources entrusted to us.”
— Sharon DePhillippeaux, Finance & Donor Services, ABWE Canada
"We love the CCCC! Certification is important to us because the next generation of Canadians is looking for accountability and integrity when considering causes to support. CCCC has been an incredible help to us, equipping us with best practices and recommendations that have increased our effectiveness as we interact with donors and regulatory bodies. Thanks for your help!”
— Rich Birch, Executive Director, Camp Mini-Yo-We
"When a prospective donor of CNCF comes to us and asks us about the financial integrity of a charity they are considering a gift to, the first place we go is to see if that charity is a member of CCCC”
— Lorne Jackson, President, Canadian National Christian Foundation
“We are certified because we understand that integrity and accountability have never been more important in Christian work.”
— Ron Fraser, Former President, Alberta Bible College
“Having CCCC certification clearly demonstrates our desire to have accountability outside of our organization for the high standards our donors expect and deserve. Having that seal on all of our communications adds an external credibility to our own stated values.”
— Kevin Stagg, Director of Donor Ministry, Samaritan’s Purse and The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association
