To provide a cost effective, faith-based HR solution to small and medium sized Canadian Christian ministries that may not have their own HR professional on staff.
CCCC provides hands-on, customized HR solutions for Christian ministries when they need it. This is primarily a virtual service with most interactions taking place by phone or email. For the full program description, please see our HR Program Brochure.
Canadian charities that have a membership with CCCC.
Once time has been purchased through our online store, you will be required to sign a letter of engagement and provide proof of proper insurance coverage. CCCC will not provide services to members that are involved in any ongoing or pending HR or employment related litigation.
Time is purchased in blocks of 10 hours ($1,500), 5 hours ($750), or 2 hours ($350). There are no taxes.
Time for this service is purchased through our online store. To activate your time, you will need to sign a letter of engagement and provide proof of insurance as described above.
Next, we will schedule a phone call with your senior leader to conduct a diagnostic of your HR practices. This discussion will generate a baseline review of your ministry’s HR needs and a plan for next steps.
CCCC will host a conference call with your leadership team to discuss working together and to decide how to use the rest of your purchased time.
Purchased time does not expire; however, all purchases are final and CCCC does not provide refunds.
If a charity has its own charitable registration number and its own board of directors, it would need to purchase time from CCCC directly.
Once you have purchased time in CCCC's online store, you will be required to sign a letter of engagement and provide proper proof of insurance. We will help to guide you through this process, and can begin working with your charity as soon as these requirements have been met.
The number of hours that should be purchased depends on the type of service that you need and the size of your ministry. See below for a list of popular service packages and the typical number of hours required for completion.
