To provide a cost effective, faith-based HR solution to small and medium sized Canadian Christian ministries that may not have their own HR professional on staff.


CCCC provides hands-on, customized HR solutions for Christian ministries when they need it. This is primarily a virtual service with most interactions taking place by phone or email. For the full program description, please see our HR Program Brochure.


Canadian charities that have a membership with CCCC.


Once time has been purchased through our online store, you will be required to sign a letter of engagement and provide proof of proper insurance coverage. CCCC will not provide services to members that are involved in any ongoing or pending HR or employment related litigation.


Time is purchased in blocks of 10 hours ($1,500), 5 hours ($750), or 2 hours ($350). There are no taxes.


Time for this service is purchased through our online store. To activate your time, you will need to sign a letter of engagement and provide proof of insurance as described above.

Next, we will schedule a phone call to discuss your ministry’s HR needs and a plan for next steps.

Purchased time does not expire; however, all purchases are final and CCCC does not provide refunds.


If a charity has its own charitable registration number and its own board of directors, it would need to purchase time from CCCC directly.


Once you have purchased time in CCCC's online store, you will be required to sign a letter of engagement and provide a certificate of insurance.  We will help to guide you through this process, and can begin working with your charity as soon as these requirements have been met.


The number of hours that should be purchased depends on the type of service that you need and the size of your ministry. See below for a list of popular service packages and the typical number of hours required for completion.

You may also choose to purchase a block of time and use it on an as-needed basis for various projects or consulting. Purchased time does not expire; however, all purchases are final, and CCCC does not provide refunds.


Baseline HR Review and Actionable Report - 4 hours
  • In-depth review of your ministry’s current HR practices
  • Preparation of your customized actionable report
  • One-on-one consulting session to discuss your actionable report

Accessibility Compliance Package – Ontario ($285 Members, $375 Non-Members*)

  • Intake phone call with an HR Professional to review your ministry's current accessibility documentation and practices
  • Accessibility report that provides prioritized and actionable steps for your charity to comply with Ontario's accessibility laws.  Report is typically 12-15 pages in length and includes:
    • Links to online training and other free accessibility resources
    • Customized accessibility policy for your ministry
    • Template emails to communicate training requirements to staff, managers, directors and volunteers
    • Accessibility checklist for hiring managers and recruiters
  • Debrief call with an HR Professional to review and discuss accessibility report and next steps

CCCC's HR Service is conveniently offered in packages or blocks of time to help meet your ministry's HR needs:


Take advantage of the free options available to CCCC Members. As a Member, you can access HR-related articles and templates, participate in CCCC’s Compensation Survey for Christian Ministries, and phone in for HR queries and general HR education.
