Purchase an HR Consulting Package

HR Consulting purchases are non-refundable but do not expire.


  • 1. What is the purpose of this service?
    To provide a cost effective, faith-based HR solution to small and medium sized Canadian Christian ministries that may not have their own HR professional on staff.
  • 2. What does this service provide?
    CCCC provides hands-on, customized HR solutions for Christian ministries when they need it. This is primarily a virtual service with most interactions taking place by phone or email. For the full program description, please see our HR Program Brochure
  • 3. Who is eligible for this service?
    Canadian charities that have a membership with CCCC.
  • 4. What are the terms and conditions?
    Once time has been purchased through our online store, you will be required to sign a letter of engagement and provide proof of proper insurance coverage. CCCC will not provide services to members that are involved in any ongoing or pending HR or employment related litigation.
  • 5. What’s the cost?
    Time is purchased in blocks of 10 hours ($1,500), 5 hours ($750), or 2 hours ($300). There are no taxes.
  • 6. How does purchased time work?
    Time for this service is purchased through our online store. To activate your time, you will need to sign a letter of engagement and provide proof of insurance as described above.

    Next, we will schedule a phone call to discuss your ministry’s HR needs and a plan for next steps.

    Purchased time does not expire; however, all purchases are final and CCCC does not provide refunds.

  • 7. Can we share our time with another ministry?
    If a charity has its own charitable registration number and its own board of directors, it would need to purchase time from CCCC directly.
  • 8. When can we get started?
    Once you have purchased time in CCCC's online store, you will be required to sign a letter of engagement and provide a certificate of insurance.  We will help to guide you through this process, and can begin working with your charity as soon as these requirements have been met.
  • 9. How many hours should I purchase?
    The number of hours that should be purchased depends on the type of service that you need and the size of your ministry. See below for a list of popular service packages and the typical number of hours required for completion.

    You may also choose to purchase a block of time and use it on an as-needed basis for various projects or consulting. Purchased time does not expire; however, all purchases are final, and CCCC does not provide refunds.
