Canadian Ministry Compensation Survey

The Canadian Ministry Compensation Survey is a national salary survey of over 1,200 churches and Christian agencies. The survey generates compensation reports that can be filtered by ministry type and position.

CCCC Members


If you are a CCCC Member, your access to the survey is FREE! But there are a couple of important steps to take before you may access the reports:

  1. Choose one person from your charity to be the administrator for your charity’s compensation survey account. This person will be responsible for entering your ministry’s salary and benefit information. Note: This information is shown in reports based on position. No personal information will be revealed.
  2. The administrator must log in for the first time with the ministry’s CCCC username and password (Tip: To do this, click the “Take the Survey or View Reports” button below; then look under in the “Enter, Edit, or Update Information” heading and follow the instructions near the bottom labelled “First-time user”.)
  3. After logging in for the first time, the administrator must create a confidential username and password and enter the compensation information for all staff positions. The administrator will be responsible for updating the information every two years to have continued access to the survey reports. (Note: Your organization’s CCCC username and password will no longer work in this section, but only for the “View Reports” Log In.)
  4. After your ministry’s information has been entered, anyone from your ministry may view the summary reports by clicking the “Take the Survey or View Reports” button below and using the ministry’s CCCC username and password under the “View Reports” heading.

If you don't have a coupon/promo code, purchase one here for $200 and receive two-year access to the survey. After purchasing the code, follow these steps:

  1. Choose one person from your charity to be the administrator for your charity’s compensation survey account. This person will be responsible for entering your ministry’s salary and benefit information.
  2. The administrator must log in for the first time with the purchased coupon code (Tip: Log in under the “Enter, Edit, or Update Information” heading).
  3. After logging in for the first time, the administrator must create a confidential username and password and enter the compensation information for all staff positions.
  4. After the ministry’s information has been entered, the administrator may access summary reports. Your access will be valid for two years.
