Sponsorships are designed to provide meaningful alignment and visibility while maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment for attendees. We wanted to share these options with you to see whether one might align with your organization’s focus and reach.
Local Event Sponsorships
Designed for organizations seeking alignment and visibility at a single regional event. Each Equipped event includes one Event Sponsor and multiple Session Sponsors.
Event Sponsor | $750
One available per event
Includes:
- Logo on event signage and presentation slides
- Logo on the Equipped Events webpage and social event listings
- Two complimentary registrations
- Inclusion of one printed or digital resource
- Recognition in pre-event and post-event communications
Session Sponsor | $400
Includes:
- Logo on breakout session or resource slides
- Brief verbal introduction at the event
- One complimentary registration
- Resource included in post-event follow-up communications
- Multiple session sponsors available per event
Multi-Event Sponsorship Bundles
For organizations serving multiple regions or audiences across Canada. Bundle sponsors receive recognition at each event they support and on the Equipped Events webpage.
Event Sponsor Bundle
3 or more events starting at $1,800
Save ($150/event)
Session Sponsor Bundle
3 or more events starting at $900
Save ($100/event)
Annual Equipped Sponsor | $5,000
A year-long partnership across all Equipped events.
Annual Equipped Sponsors receive:
- Recognition at all Equipped events during the sponsorship year
- Logo placement on the Equipped Events page on cccc.org
- One featured spotlight in the CCCC Bulletin
- One complimentary registration to an Equipped event
- Inclusion in select pre- and post-event communications
Sponsorship Term
One year, covering all Equipped events delivered during the sponsorship period unless otherwise noted.
Role and Recognition
Annual Equipped Sponsors are recognized as year-long partners supporting the full Equipped event series. Sponsors receive consistent visibility throughout the Equipped experience across Canada.
Investment
- $5,000 CAD plus applicable GST or HST
- Sponsorship fees are non-refundable
- Invoiced upon confirmation and payable within 30 days
- Quarterly payment options may be available upon request
