Equipped is a new in-person training series created to support Christian ministry and charity leaders with the practical knowledge, clarity, and encouragement they need to lead well. Hosted in cities across Canada, these one-day gatherings bring together Christian charity leaders and pastors for focused learning, real-world insight, and meaningful connection.

Rooted in CCCC’s commitment to helping ministries become exemplary, healthy, effective, and Christian, Equipped offers accessible professional development on the topics leaders face every day, including governance, HR, legal compliance, team health, risk, accountability, and more. Each event blends expert teaching, open Q and A, and interactive discussions, giving you both the knowledge and the practical steps you can put to work immediately in your ministry context.
