Step 1: Select Account Type

Please select the type of account you wish to create.

Individual Donor Account - Select this if you are the owner of the securities to be donated.

Business Donor Account - Select this if a business is the owner of the securities to be donated, and you are the business's owner or signing officer.

Estate Executor - Select this if the owner of the securities to be donated is deceased and you are their estate's executor.

Power of Attorney - Select this if you are the power of attorney for an individual who is the owner of the securities to be donated.


The following items must be checked before you can proceed.
