Each person your primary contact invites to participate in The Studio completes an online ministry self-assessment that explores key areas such as governance, leadership, finances, people, and mission alignment.
The assessment is intuitive and requires no advance preparation. Each participant reflects on their perception of the ministry, helping to create a shared understanding of how the organization functions day to day.
From the responses, The Studio compiles a detailed report highlighting where your ministry is strong and where new opportunities for growth may exist. It also reveals “blind spots”, unseen gaps that, once recognized, can lead to even greater effectiveness and unity. The report provides clear, actionable insights to guide your team’s conversations and decisions about organizational growth.
Then, people you select from your ministry team meet with a member of The Studio team to review and interpret the report results. Together, they explore what the findings reveal, where to focus first, and which CCCC resources, programs, or services can best support your ministry’s goals. This conversation offers wisdom, clarity, and encouragement as your ministry discerns its next faithful steps.
After the debrief, your ministry will have access to curated articles, guides, and tools tailored to your development priorities. These resources help you build on what’s working well and strengthen the areas that need attention, all in ways that fit your ministry’s unique size, culture, and context.
