Preparing Your Organization for The Studio Experience

Before you purchase The Studio, preparing your organization will help you gain the greatest value from the experience. These simple steps will help ensure that all participants are ready, aligned, and looking forward to taking part.

  1. Unite Your Leaders

Begin with a conversation. Make sure everyone in leadership at your ministry understands and supports completing The Studio assessment . If you’re an executive, talk with your board and management team. If your board is initiating the process, involve the senior leader early so the full team is engaged from the start.

This step builds unity, shared ownership, and common purpose, which are essential foundations for a meaningful experience in The Studio.

  2. Choose Your Participants

Decide who from your organization will take part and how to group them using The Studio’s five available roles: Board Members, Executive Leaders, Managers, Staff Members, and Volunteers.

You may include as many participants as you wish. The more voices you include, the more insightful your results will be. Broader participation increases anonymity and, in turn, honesty, as people feel freer to share. When more perspectives are represented, your picture of the ministry’s strengths and opportunities become even clearer.

  3. Estimate the Pricing

Use the pricing tool on the right side of this page to estimate the cost of your team’s assessment, which includes the report and debrief.

If approval is required, take some time to discuss the investment with your leadership team. This helps ensure everyone understands the value of The Studio and is aligned on the benefits it will bring to your ministry’s future.

  4. Set Up Your Team

Once you’re ready to move ahead, gather the names and email addresses of everyone you want to include.

You’ll add them to The Studio platform after purchase.

To make sure every participant receives their invitation, ask your IT team add no-reply@cccc.org to your safe senders list.

  5. Plan the Right Time

Choose a time in your ministry’s calendar that works best for the assessment. Some teams complete it together during a staff meeting, while others prefer to spread it out over a few weeks.

Give your team plenty of notice and take a moment to explain what The Studio is and why it matters.

When people understand the purpose, to strengthen the ministry God has entrusted to you—they engage more thoughtfully and provide more meaningful feedback.

  6. Launch Your Assessment in The Studio

When you’re ready to purchase access to The Studio, click the button “Get Started” at the top right of this page, or visit your CCCC Member Home Page (The Centre).

Add your team members’ contact information, making sure to include yourself as a participant, and launch your assessment.

From there, The Studio will guide you through every step, helping your ministry reflect, grow, and flourish.
