Who is The
Studio for?

The Studio is for everyone who helps your ministry thrive. When executives, managers, and board members each share their perspective, you gain a complete picture of how your organization supports its mission. The more voices involved, the richer the insight and the stronger the results.

What Kinds of Ministries Is The Studio For?

The Studio from CCCC is designed for Christian ministries of every kind: mission agencies, inner-city missions, evangelism and discipleship organizations, camps, schools, higher education institutions, relief and development ministries, and more. Each shares the same goal: to strengthen the organizational foundation that supports its mission.

A version of The Studio tailored for small churches is currently in development. CCCC is also exploring the need for additional versions to serve mid-sized and large churches.

Who To Invite to Participate

The Studio works best when many voices from your ministry take part, including leaders, staff, and board members who understand how your organization functions and serves. Their combined insights provide a complete picture of your ministry’s health and opportunities for growth.

The Studio results are especially valuable when those in the following ministry roles take part by sharing their insights through the assessment. In turn, they gain new understanding they can apply in their areas of ministry.

The Studio is especially useful for:

Ministry Executives

As an executive director or senior leader, you bring essential perspective to the assessment. The results help you see how well your organization is functioning across all its critical areas. Differences between your responses and those of your board or management team can spark rich, productive conversations that lead to shared understanding and stronger alignment.

Management Teams

If you’re part of your ministry’s leadership or operational team, your insights are vital. You see firsthand how resources, people, and programs work together to make an impact. Your close-to-the-frontline perspective rounds out the 360-degree view The Studio assessment results provide you with, and the assessment results provide a clear snapshot of your organization's reality to guide future planning.

Board Members

Board members contribute a unique and important perspective to the assessment through their governance role. The resulting report helps them strengthen their oversight responsibilities. The Studio provides clear, collective feedback that helps boards understand the organization’s overall health and effectiveness—not only from the executive’s perspective, but also from those serving within the ministry. It’s a valuable resource for fulfilling fiduciary responsibility with wisdom and care.

Growing Charities

If your ministry is in its early stages of growth, participating in The Studio initiates a constructive process of assessment, understanding, and development. It provides a roadmap for building a strong organizational foundation. The Studio’s Organizational Hierarchy of Needs in particular helps you identify what to prioritize first and how to build toward greater impact over time.

The Studio: A Collaborative Journey

While senior leadership typically initiates The Studio process, it’s most powerful when others join in. The platform makes it easy for your primary contact for The Studio, usually the senior staff leader, to invite board and team members to participate.

Together, you’ll gain a fuller understanding of your ministry’s strengths and opportunities, align around shared goals, and take faithful, informed steps to strengthen the organization that sustains your mission.
