Compensation Survey

Canadian Ministry Compensation Survey

This is a national salary survey of over 900 churches and Christian agencies. Through flexible summary reports you will be able to tell how much others are paying for common ministry positions.

The Canadian Ministry Compensation Survey will show you what others are doing and will be a valuable input into planning your compensation strategy.

Here’s an overview of how it works:
Step 1
Choose one person from your charity to enter confidential salary and benefit information.  This person will create a special, confidential login for entering your ministry’s information.

Step 2
Enter general information about your ministry as well as the compensation information for your ministry staff positions.

Step 3
View the summary compensation and benefit reports.

Access to these reports is included free with CCCC Membership.

Regional Seminars

Regional Seminars are practical and affordable training sessions held in a variety of locations across Canada. Typically, we prepare two workshops on topics relevant to charities and travel to eight different provinces to present. These face-to-face, interactive sessions provide a great way to gain continuing education in your field from a Christian perspective.

Currently, there are no regional seminars scheduled. Our seminars typically run in the fall and winter. The upcoming schedule will be available in late summer 2014.

Annual Conference

After 40 years, we believe it is time to be BOLD and completely re-design the CCCC annual conference.

Our intention is to develop a fresh experience that will serve a whole new generation of ministry leaders. We will be talking with many people and researching new ideas in order to create this innovative learning opportunity.

In order to have time to do this well, we will be cancelling our conference for 2014. BUT, we will unveil a new event in 2015!

We will continue to keep you informed of developments affecting your ministries through the Bulletin, Derek Ross’s Noteworthy blog, our website, regional seminars, and other media such as email and webcasts.

We invite to you share your suggestions, ideas, or comments with us at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/DLBZG7Y.

To view past conference brochures, please visit the CCCC Leadership & Stewardship Conference page.
