This entry is part 19 of 24 in the series Pastors: A Hope and a Future.
If you are working for Jesus, doesn’t it make sense that you should work like Jesus? Many pastors are really driven people, highly conscious of their numbers: attendance and revenue being the primary ones.
With a renewed understanding of your call and mission and having refreshed your pastoral leadership, take this opportunity to find a better way of working that is measured and reasonable. Fortunately, it’s not hard to find the better way because we have Jesus as our model. This post, from January 25, 2017, shows how Jesus wants you to work, and the good news is, that includes a sustainable pace.
